You should do a search with google.Also, check with the National Association of Credit Services Organizations to see if the company you are considering is a member.This is the only accredition that matters in the credit repair industry.

As the owner of an Accredited Management Organization (AMO), I instruct my clients to monitor all aspects of the lease, specifically tenant responsibilities to maintain mechanical systems, repair of roofing and parking areas, etc.

Know what an accredited investor is even if you aren't.

It's very easy for me to do, it's easy for David to do (25 year broker, past stock broker, obviously has financial and social skills to relate to accredited investors) but it's not easy for everyone.

I don't know about the one in Mesa but AZ School of RE and business in Scottsdale is highly respected and accredited.

But I think if the right controls are in place, crowdfunding can have quite an evolutionary role in traditional real estate investing for both (accredited and non-accredited investors alike).

-There are property managers accredited by BBB.

My question is, do these sites just have no way of verifying if you are actually an accredited investor?
