If they are missing teeth, and the have ripped clothes, your apartment will end up the same.

Leather is OK, but I like quality cloth for hotter climates.

Does this vehicle look like a home on wheels, with garbage bags filled with clothes, a crying baby and a cat in the back window?

And their hair, clothes, etc, smell so if you rent furnished, the bed/couch/carpet starts to smell like smoke, anyway.

Even if they don't smoke inside or outside the property, the odor of smoke in their clothing gets inside and permeates the place.
