We are already working on the Maryland and DC contracts inserting the clauses in.The settlement says that coop commissions cant be advertised in the MLS, that's it.

As some have said, the STR "secret" with only being 2 hours from Washington DC, the right asset can generate tremendous returns. 

Jim its not only CA OR WA  I ( or my clients) have had to remove squatters in virtually every state I have done business in over the last 2 decades..

I wouldn't let the tenant-friendly ish policies in WA prevent me from being a landlord here.

I watch for these deals in the WA Seattle/Tacoma market and the AZ Phoenix metros, and the same issues exist in both.

Hi everyone, I live in Washington and hoping to buy my first rental property in the Denver area. 

Keep in mind most cities you cant touch these folks... maybe the pendulum is swinging back to logic and protecting the innocent landowners.That pendulum may swing, but I'm very doubtful that it will in CA  Or Oregon and Washington..
