We have an undersupply of this at the moment, so I'm encouraging my investors - and I followed this advice earlier this year as well - to look for single-family properties they could turn into a duplex and rent that to the graduate-professional who isn't looking to be around undergrads.

Funny you bring up thinking outside the box because today I read that the same college will be expanding there graduate programs and so the increase in grad students will most likely off-set the reduction in the  undergrad population..

What I also like is that the courses are dynamic, so it changes with the times...trends, laws, tax code, new strategies...unlike my undergrad and graduate education that I gained over 10 years ago and tens of thousands of dollars...international business has changed so much, but I'm not getting the updated changes now am I?
