Does anyone know any consultants in the SF Bay Area who can help us get over the hump?

It works about 95% of the time as all we need is an hdmi port and a USB port for power.

It will get you over the hump and push you through the analysis paralysis. 

I do put USB outlets and Nest thermostats in all of my rental properties. 

Since then, we have watched the market here grow rapidly and with us being first time homeowners in addition to wanting to be financially free, we figured getting into the world of real estate investing would be best!

Investing in high cost areas usually seems like a daunting task, but once you get over the hump, it's all coasting from there.

Google as mentioned, also Microsoft one drive both are free.With one drive you can use a USB or micro sd card to save your one drive files. 

I've looked into storage container use a couple of times but have never been able to get "over the hump". 

Buying a real estate business could be comparable, and with all the advantages of RE, I think it would be best to get over that initial hump you're facing of finding the right PM, getting the property stabilized and cash flowing.
