Investing in real estate without having a job is a bit like putting the cart before the horse.

After one of my biggest set backs in my career, I decided to get brush myself off and get back on the horse.

I'd look at the time on the market and the activity of the property to determine your horse trading strategies and remember, the one who speaks first is usually the looser.....
