No, it is none of their business.People need to stop thinking that a wholesaler should bow done in submission to cash buyers.the only thing the cash buyer needs to be concerned about is whether or not the deal presented to them satisfies their requirements or not, including the profits.If it does, great, buy the contract, if not,  either renegotiate or walk away.Of course, some wholesalers are very unrealistic with the numbers, but that is on them.That said, it is easy to find out how much a wholesaler is making especially after closing.
