Because the streets would be smaller, and the lots would be smaller some of the costs would be less, but some would be higher.The way the supply water and the sanitary is handled could raise or lower the costs considerably.There are expert consultants in this field.

Just as in your other recent thread about the 2% rule, you must keep in mind this rule is not a rule at all, just a guideline and quick back of the napkin calculation.
