Don't waisted time and money on websites and SEO.

If you do decide to pay someone to help you market your website and help with SEO, make sure they are working for you.

How would you compare SEO and Online marketing to Direct Mailing in terms of effectiveness?

However Airbnb often rewards you with SEO boosts and badges on your listing for properties that have a very high occupancy rate (Not sure what the exact % is or if there is one).

I think I would be a good fit because:- I'm pretty good at organic SEO (been at it since 2002/2003)- I have mortgage industry experience. 

Be it SEO, direct mail, cold calling etc. or all of the above.
