Models that fit my preference irrespective of Park size are (in prioritized order):Tenants deposit the rent into my local bank account - tenants write their name and space on the deposit slip or are charged a late fee to have the manual reconciliation performed.  

There's a thread on their forum called "Linked bank account reconciliation" under the Wishlist section from Jan of 2020, with other people asking for the same thing.Making that kind of mistake is just too easy for my lazy fingers so until they stop exploding split transactions I'll just keep them around for the nicely generated REO and other basic reports, not for the detailed accounting. 

I should add that this Act does provide some relief for landlords in the form of up to 360 days of mortgage forbearance.
