With rates so low, the banks seem to be loaning on volume with razor thin margins, just to boost their profits.   

We've got a nice little Chipotle meet slotted for next Saturday during the lunch hours.

NOW, I don't want to take on any previous liability, or be responsible for vacation pay, etc. so without exception, I will require the owner to release the manager, and we'll slot somebody in immediately.

I use clamp fittings but if time is money shark bite (push to connect) are great just expensive but the save alot of time!  

There are just so many sharks out there who are going to charge you valuable investment capital for basic knowledge that you can find just by reading through the pages of all these forum posts. 

I heard an add on the radio yesterday.. it was one of the sharks from TV.she must have invested in this company.Just curious if anyone has gotten a 100k unsecured business loan from them and at what rates...

So we ended up cleaning all the bad areas we could with simple green and a hand razor and some electric hand sanding.  

I'm not sure a shark tank like D.C. is the best place to begin but I figure you gotta start with what you got. :)I really look forward to all the engagement and I hope to pick up some good insights along the way.
