Oh, primary house is in a flood zone and we had a major incident during IDA but our house was raised so meant to deal with floods so no damage but more a pain in the *** so concerned about dealing with that with renters or if more climate issues happen, could impact future value of the home.Would love any thoughts or ideas!

If a court has ANY other way to award relief through money damages, that's where the court will go.  

Number two is getting fire hazard insurance (get a quote today it will give you chest pains).

Everyone complains about tenant issues, but we've found neighbors to be a way bigger source of pain.

Learn to serve others to and don’t focus on the money part so heavily, that will come with time if you are helping others solve their pain points.  

It wasn't super painful, but could've make our first year better.
