I would ask, when you say real estate, specifically what are you trying to accomplish or do?

I see people purchasing new STR's here and others dumping their properties or converting into LTR's. 

We probably have about 8 or 10 that mom or dad is living with their grown kids.

There is some but you FB or local event would produce more.
