Of course, you may want to live in an exciting neighborhood with exciting neighbors who drive pricey cars and host wine samplings and brag about public elementary schools that will rocket their brats straight into Harvard in a capsule made of melted-down silver spoons.

Also a road warrior but on the North Shore selling pretty high end wine all over the Island; many of my clients have some seriously deep pockets and are incredibly well connected.  

Another consideration, in case the previous posts were not convincing enough, is that high-end renters in an A property expect the property to be maintained as such.Granite repairs, travertine wear & repair, wine coolers, 3+ toilets, 3+ garage door openers, wet bars, indoor/outdoor custom lighting, landscaping and the list goes on. 

It's a 119 year old building It's easy to hear things.he also painted over wall paper and now its falling off in huge strips, he put holes in the drywall, he dumped grape juice or wine on the carpets and they are ruined.

We have a primary house that we rent out for 5 months (during the high season, which for us is May through October) in Oregon Wine Country.

Find a location that suits your ideal customer and create a UNIQUE experience for them, whether its the location, the property, the amenities, the decor, the extras you offer, i.e. bottle of wine & chocolates, etc.
