What I really mean are parts of the form are not possible to complete in a credible manner.You might think somebody might change things to make sure the most relied upon form in the entire industry aligned with all parties, but that is not the case and a bit of a mystery as to why.

If you are too sensitive or I am to harsh, well that's a different story.Clean up, re rent, disclose that your rental is a murder scene (if required by law)....that's the wisdom.FYI, I have landlorded and lived in warzones, so I'm not judging doing either, just observing the apparent reality, again my apologies if that is to harsh or an incorrect assumption.

@Jim K.When I was in school I had a classmate a great sportsman but a ranked bragster and his hubris always put him in deep trouble and all our classmates gave him several nick names a meathead,a dingbat,a nincompoop,a poop head(Rat's), a moron,a boob,a fuddy-duddy,an ***,a bully,a loudmouth,a dodo,the murderous Macbeth,an idiot and so on so forth.Investors come in many forms and they are all wise,the know it all smart Alecs , the wannabe investor who are always stuck in an eternal analysis paralysis.Few are game to risk it to at least give it a try least and learn from mistakes and if things don't work call it quits with a well thought exit strategy.

For many people it's binary...they are either on complete lock down or they are taking no precautions at all, particularly in the southern and western US right now where there is zero mystery for the cause of the spread.
