The chart below represent the total nr. of reviews across all the listings in the city, for any given month: It seems that the peak season is October, the mid-high season goes from March - Oct., and the low season from Nov- Feb next year.

Then, you need a USPS Bulk Mail Permit and the letters need to be counted, packed and banded properly in USPS trays or the post office will not accept the letters.

When this house here was first built, we closed in mid-March before sod and asphalt were available to be laid, though the sidewalk was done, but the front walk from the driveway to the house was not.

And unfortunately there is no one who I trust to make them so I will suck it up and continue marching forward.
