You won’t be able to do any inspection nor look at the property interior.

After closing, I had the painter start working on the exterior, while I cleaned up and was finishing the interior with the list that I had wanted done.  

It was another costly mistake… Check for the pipes close to the exterior walls.Despite having the adequate heating in the property and your tenants are occupying the unit, you may have pipes running between the exterior and the interior walls.

The only interior change required was a door between the sides. 

Another option would be to contact local interior decorators.  

I have another PM lined up if he doesn't want the gig.Once the kitchen, wood floor refinishing, and interior paining are done, this house will have been completely renovated.

Just as a side note, the stovetop pizza makers use baking stones on the interior to hold heat better and radiate it back out to the food. 

It needs interior and exterior paint, new fixtures and appliances along with some new shelving and dry wall, and of course some yard work.

I've got a 2000 SQFT single-family in Thornton coming vacant unexpectedly in mid-December, and it's going to need paint/carpet throughout the interior.

This is on the interior wall of a townhome, so the vent needs to run to the rear wall, and then outside.
