Reasons: Clean and simple user interface. 

Any competent handyman or electrician should be able to address any physical issues on your side of the interface.

It was several years ago, so their interface may have improved some.

I originally purchased the zwave version as I figured it would be easier to interface with it by using a hub that has an API to access but it seems most software just directly interfaces with wifi locks (via a bot?)

She's interfaced with vendors and overseen performance when I was unavailable.  

I use Cozy.co and I like the interface.

You can look for ones with great reviews and interview several to find one you like.Vrbo and Airbnb have the interface for messaging and accepting payments that you need for just a couple properties.You can set pricing by checking your competition.

They do have an API interface and integrations with several other companies.They have inventory tracking, integrated phone systems, customizable reports and letters/notices that can be sent to owners and tenants, loan tracking ...I've found RM support to be good as well.Their pricing model is based on simultaneous users not unit count.
