Any thoughts on staying semi-local (Hartford, Providence, Philadelphia) where the taxes may make it less cost prohibitive than NY?

Hi @Jonathan Makovsky who do you use and do they work in the Hartford County area? 

I also run a PM company but only in central CT and we do not manage Hartford or Waterbury. 

I found 2 properties which are both interesting and both fulfill my shortlist criteria. 1 is SFH and other is MFH and both are in a blue collar neighboard in the suburb of Hartford, CT.

@Steve Babiak the North end of Hartford CT is nothing to write home about either :)
