But claim they live 2 hours away and won't be present to show it.If we want to move forward, then he will quit claim deed it over at the courthouse.  

(Couldn’t really afford the place, didn’t have good enough credit to be worried about an eviction, etc etc..)2) They should have posted a 5-7-10 (depending on local laws) to “pay or quit” as soon as the ent was late and started eviction.

I have a few clients that are in medicine and they are quite astute. 

They do not like doing these complex forms and charge quite a bit for them.

Poorly maintained tanks can create quite an odor, but it's not hard to clear once the tenant is gone. 

Flexibility and patience are essential when external factors, like nearby construction, affect demand.
