LLC is also a cost, to form and to maintain.I am not in the same league you are, but was thorn btw LLC or Personal Liability+Umbrella a few months ago.

@Javier Cuevas SantosUnfortunately Stessa is not even in the minor league compared to QB.I tried Stessa and found it not at all user-friendly.But that was a year or 2 ago when they were just launching.They may have upped their game now.If you can get by with excel,that’s fine.But when you need an accounting software,cut the chase and go to QB.Anything else is penny wise in my opinion.

The amount of heat transferred to the cooking is in a different league. 

Cleveland has trendy and up and coming neighborhoods, a fantastic restaurant scene, 3 major league sports franchises, and is doing well in general.

Having been through recessions, we knew that certain areas of southern California always rebound fast, due to the broad based economy, perfect year round weather, universities, medical centers, tourist demand, amusements, entertainment, sports leagues, cultural offerings, shopping, and so many great things drawing people here.

I am not 100% confident in those numbers, but I used to work (and am in a fantasy football league) with the manager there and just shot him an email asking for some general numbers.

Worcester has a lot going for it, it is the top growing city in New England, it has a growing biotech hub, a ton of good schools, hospitals and a minor league baseball team, the WooSox.

So if you want to connect with investors in the big leagues, just know that networking never sleeps!
