I've always liked Clayton because of his appearances on the TWiT podcast network (tech is my career)--but the way that his real estate "empire" is being built seems pretty shaky for any long-term success.  

Real Estate fortunes take time to build and grow  - having a high paying W2 job can be the ultimate catalyst for your future real estate empire  

So to all those who have got these elaborate plans like I did six or seven years ago with the intention of building a real estate empire: Don't bother.
