Figured I’d do a cheap smart phone with a hot spot so I can have the system connected to the internet and notify me of any motion detection near the side people keep breaking into.Would also be great if it was a camera motion sensor spot light that maybe also did an audible alarm noise or maybe I can even communicate verbally through it.Sounds crazy but pretty sure there’s spotlight camera that does that.Probably need 4 cameras total.Any recommendations?

Too expensive and they know as much as i do, and that's to hire the experts if they detect anything wrong.

It just seems like there can be in detected issues that might pop up late in the project.

It supposedly detects the number of cell phone signals in your house so you can be notified if there is a party. 

Moisture levels is not something that is detectable without a moisture meter and would only need to be disclosed if they had knowledge of such which is very unlikely they did.

That agreement is no longer enforceable and the City wants to upgrade their records so that everything is fully recorded.I have hired the line detection service and am hopeful.
