Allegedly  Lumber Liquidators has been buying their laminate flooring from Chinese manufacturers who have been knowingly falsely labeling their products as Callifornia CARB Phase 2 compliant when it actually has well above the maximum formaldehyde limit levels.

If it’s a cultural problem, it’s going to be tougher.If you really think you can lick the problem, determine if the trash gets deposited during certain hours (i.e., after school, weekends) and hire a custodian.
