.- Talk to Chamber of commerce asking for referrals to people who can help with your cause…- Talk to the local Mayor and City Manager’s office asking for guidance…- Other local political people… (this stuff looks good for them on their resume)Talk, talk, talk… put together a brochure outlining your vision for the whole thing… and tell everyone you are looking for help… Just getting a loan is not the answer… you need regular reoccurring income in order to keep it a float!

I networked down at the chamber of commerce a bunch too.In terms of investment properties there's lots of ways to prospect including absentee owners, financial advisors (like I mentioned), expireds.
