Walter Edmondson Texas pre-foreclosures, realtytrac best option?

I help them by stopping the foreclosure from wrecking their credit, they get to stay in the house, and I am now collecting equity in real estate.I read that realtytrac is a good option to pay for recent and accurate lists of pre foreclosures in Texas, but I am wondering if anyone knows of more up to date lists, or thinks I'm going about this all wrong :PAny wisdom you would be willing to share would be greatly appreciated!

If a borrower placed a value of $500 on a late model car with no debt, he might also want to save photos of the car as a total write-off wreck, if that is the case.

So as an agent/investor your not buying pretty houses. your buying wrecks so you can justify lower price points quite easily.but if your telling a seller there 100k house is only worth 20k and needs no work.. i dont care if your licesned or not a trier of fact is going to unwind that deal as unconscionable profit.
