Because it's a seasonal market, whereby we should expect full occupancy during summer, some occupancy during both shoulder seasons and we should have been happy if we get any occupancy in the winter.

Did they explain how children being kept in an unheated home in winter would not be reportable since its unsafe?

Prices are very high so I am not sure how well you can do in our area these days.McCall is nice, but prices are also very high and it is a bit limited on access in the winter.

I am not.What I don't like about midwest housing is the winter, HVAC requirement , city and theft.

In our area that means they pay you when electric cost is lower and bill you when it is higher as there are summer and winter electric rates.

I'm still not able to rent for higher, just same as before considering the down season during winter and changes in market- There were few options as far as where to install, I decided to go with next to kitchen sink- Additional thing I decided to do/pay for is replace the sump pump, as the existing sump pump was too small to handle a 1-bedroom basement per plumber.
