You can't just go outside and yell 'gimme cheap moneyyyyyyyyy' you're going to have to pound pavement and people are going to have to know you and trust your knowledge, work ethic, and strategy.

To see whats really happening with downspouts,gutters and puddles you have to BE there in a huge pounding rain,,,just no other way.
