As a house hacker, this is def a good way to start your portfolio.

Many house hackers on here consider the FHA owner-occupied loan because it allows for low down payment as well as lower credit score, higher DTI, etc.

Hey Ravi, I am a house hacker in Middlesex County NJ.

That said: A) the city is changing its laws here soon to allow up to five unrelated adults so all Denver house hackers will have more leeway; and B) Tons of people have house hacked for years and years with no problems.

I'm a new house hacker too, but I just completed my first purchase.

I think it's especially important for investors and house hackers because a typical agent does not always understand what you're trying to do.
