You have to be ready for setbacks (and a lot of them) along the way: be it lost shipments, faulty products or unexpected costs. 

I really enjoy the property manager, they're getting 4.9 reviews for it and their team is great to work with.But I’ve only had a handful of profitable months, most of the time I’ve been paying either the mortgage myself or unexpected cleaning & maintenance bills, and my savings has run to zero, so it’s a big loss so far.

Investors fail to properly include long term expenses, never consider amount of equity sitting dead, never account for the truly unexpected etc.

I won't go check in on them every day but I will "drop in" unexpectedly, or I will call them on "facetime", or I will have a trusted individual show up just to see what is going on.

Secondly most electrical components in use are made to be used with copper, not aluminum.

Maybe a lender, be at least 2 of the few components it takes to close a house.

And unexpected things happened which shifted what I need and when.

I think a major component of influence here are the listing brokers.  

My attorney recommend I withdraw my claim so as not to get caught up in something unexpected and to be free of this case which i did as they had been gone for several months.
