I've read good things but would like the unbiased opinions of others.

This was an unbiased contribution from my area of expertise on what I would have told the gentleman that made the initial post if he had asked me... based on the information he provided.

Need to get an unbiased opinion on how much it could be worth as is vs. fully renovated.

As a broker and property manager myself my opinion might be biased but if we turn back the clock a bit I think I can be unbiased. 

An unbiased referee can help you sleep easier for a nominal fee which you should be negotiated depending on your property profile. 

My observation is that a behavior, trend, belief or value that is based on a demographic or psychographic is not necessarily racist, let alone pejorative, and here is intended as a unbiased assessment or a market trend.

You don’t get unbiased advice from someone whose livelihood relies on selling you a specific COMMISSIONED INVESTMENT.  

I would not recommend using the seller's agent, because they have the seller's best interest and can never fully give you an unbiased opinion when trying to close a deal. 

Normally Google, with due time, has all the answers but this one is tough to get an unbiased opinion on.
