Wholesaling has an ultra high rate of attrition because it is a brutal business. 

They are patient, ultra responsive, you can always get them on the phone etc..  

Oregon can't get out of their own way when it comes to highway improvements your not the only one who notices' it takes ODOT years to do something that in CA or WA would take 6 months or less.Very POOR long term planning here.. they think they solve it with UGB and ultra high density.. unless you add East coast type of transportation to it..

Im not advocating for buying some of these ultra cheap properties per se...but they are there.

The reason one may opt for insuring a <=80% LTV mortgage is the lender is offering a sufficiently lower mortgage rate that it more than offsets the cost of the insurance premium {not usually a factor in today's ultra-low interest rate environment}.High-ratio mortgages are only available on owner-occupied, residential properties (1-4 units) and your maximum LTV is 90% (3 - 4 unit) or 95% (1-2 unit).  

Hi All, I hear lots of great talk about Allure Ultra (interlocking and 5mm thick vs Allure which is GripStrip and 3.8 mm thick) but I only found 1 for $2.79/sq ft and it's on clearance.

Is the tin foil being used as shade from the sun (ultra violet rays maybe)?
