Hi all, was wondering if anyone has or intends to file a claim in the residential real estate broker commission anti-trust settlements.

It shows tenants, lenders, and partners that you’re serious about your business, which can build trust and credibility.

Here's a breakdown to my best knowledge  Real Estate Investment Trusts are companies that own, operate, or finance income-producing real estate.

most if not all real estate sales is regulated to protect buyer and seller.. wholesalers are not regulated and there is a lot of bad things that happen to sellers working withwholesalers and buyers that trust wholesalers only to get a raw deal. 

My question is since a lender is involved and I will be drafting up a contract how do I protect myself as to once I hand off the home he doesn't end up pushing me out (there is no sign of such and there is trust but this business)?

You can not just trust a crew to show up every day and do your job on time.

Do your research and get referrals from people you trust to find the right fit for you.

We did a second Land Trust deal with another local company as trustee and had absolutely abysmal service.
