Wow.. that's a terrifying case list. 

This is both thrilling and terrifying, but as @Brandon Turner often says I’m “doing it scared” (LOL) I’m set to close in a couple of weeks!

So, when I started buying in this D neighborhood every other investor was terrified to set foot here.

Generally, tenants take care of the minor issues because they are terrified that you will raise their rent.

Since I do things right, I welcome those inspections, and my tenants are terrified of losing their vouchers, so they keep the units in excellent condition.  

I think with real estate investing, it starts with one spouse getting really enthusiastic and hung ho and the other being terrified and stand offish.

Also, making me a very attractive partner.It's scary how fast things have moved for me and terrifying to think how fast things could move but as I heard somewhere on BP "Success always lays on the other side of fear"."

But I'm terrified this is a scam or something.

In the care of a gas range or dryer, they would be absolutely terrified of removing the old one and installing a new one.This lack of available income and buying power to divert to an emergency preys on their peace of mind and creates a condition of constant underlying stress that they have to disassociate themselves from in order to function elsewhere in their lives.

(Make it scary but not terrifying.
