I tell them to plug in the security camera, leave the keys on the table, and leave the front door unlocked (because they will forget something and be locked out of the house).  

I also had the idea of placing a home security camera in front of the thermostat and simply view it on an app from time to time.  

Also "before" pictures were taken with iPhone camera which can't be compared to a 5K-6K professional camera.

It consists of exterior cameras (purposely visible) and interior cameras, motion detectors, and alarm systems that have 4g back up and private security service when triggered. 

Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the costHire good cleaners, a solid handyman & befriend some helpful neighbors.

Mysterious Water Leak (estimate 200-300K Gallons a month):  Have had leak detection - NO LUCK, Sewer Camera Inspection (ensure water wasn't draining into sewer) - 95% confident it isnt, 2 Main Water Leaks repaired - stabilized water usage but still 200-300K gallons unaccounted for. 

Cameras are mostly to secure materials and equipment.

Each house is different, Just walk each house and know what stuff costs and also get a plumber to run a camera under those pipes if its a slab to make sure you know what your getting yourself into.
