If the repairs were done quickly, walls and ceilings open to dry out, there is little chance of mold growth or any structural problem.

My city (Willits) has no industry, a declining population, no industry (and now with the bypass they just installed the town is drying up fast), and a vacancy rate of 14%.

Cant be indefinite I assume...so this may have postponed the issue, so don't let your guard down and be prepared for this being an issue againI would have serious conversations about the current set up is going to only last so long, so lets plan on whats going to happen when the charity dries up.

Getting in to dry it out properly should be top priority
