you can have a great property. but the Sewer main line is 2 miles away and you need a pump station or two.. this is where bonds are perfect.. and were in our state it stymies growth since you cant front end load the project with that much offsite.. you do get some SDC credits but you got to have the big money up front to do it then wait to get paid back with no interest.

So I'd recommend considering looking outside the usual places most others are looking.For example, a lot of people from Boston are looking to buy properties now in Pawtucket since it's closest to Boston and close to the Attleboro T station.

He also offers free satellite tv to his tenants that cost him 120$ a month for the whole complex along with free washer and dryer.Which that’s stationed off the utilities of the unfinished apartment so I can see that the washer and dryer in bill usage alone cost him 1256$ last year.
