I cant describe why but I have a feeling deep in my soul that now is the time to build my foundation of a passive income stream through real estate.

I really have to do some soul searching on this.On one hand I would love to keep the house that I'm considering selling because it will easily be worth 350+ in the next 5-10 years as it is 6 miles from downtown and sits on half an acre.

If you don't want it bad enough, it's not going to happen, so you need to do some soul searching.

I learned yet another lesson the hard way:) Posting this alert in the hopes of sparing another soul.

This would be for buy and hold rentals.I've been working on creating my own but thought perhaps some kind soul out there would help me avoid recreating the wheel here.  

I am assuming the vast majority of us do not.Are people using HML, 401K loans, traditional banks, family members, souls from Lucifer?

Aaron's comment reminds me of a story from Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen, the authors of Chicken Soup for the Soul.
