I went over any area I felt I was relatively weak in (of the 30 sections, roughly 10 or so are what I really needed to go over)Crammed ~ Went and took the test ~ and passed both portions on the first try.Don't get worked up ~ If you fail or only pass 1 of the 2, at least the UNKNOWN is over with!

Part of getting easier is that I am much more confident in myself and my abilities, and so are my lenders.  

if so, are your policies all SFRs or are there small multis and how many units do you have?

So are you trying to use the FHA loan for the duplex?

So are you saying that agents will only want to engage when the person buys the first thing out the gate?

Profits per door should be less on larger multi family, but so are the costs {economies of scale).  

So are you saying that I need more equity in my rentals to reduce my risk to the bank?
