We got the inspection back today; the issues are as follows: mold beyond the surface mold we originally noticed when checking the house out, wood rot in left side floor, damaged roof joist, poor ventilation in the attic and mold, many of the chimney bricks are loose, standing water in crawlspace--potential mold, leaking shower and toilet leading to damaged floor/ceiling underneath, plumbing material issues, electrical not all properly grounded.

For my part, i let the hot summer day passs and call in for a moisture cleaning for 640sqft on surface between the roof and cost me about 2700$ but that was the only major concerne for a 1970 bungalow.i would pull the plug depending at your lvl of repair skill

The unit is now completely paid off.In the last year or so, several issues with building have been surfacing due to long-term neglect of previous management companies and the original developer/renovator (in 2006).
