@Jim Bouchard  the only action for you right now is to maybe adjust the closer on the screen door so it doesn't slam.

But once we went through the process of this revision to approved action, it triggered HCD to get involved since it’s in their jurisdiction since it’s a “special occupancy park”.

Scammers may even go as far as creating fake W-2s or other tax documents or advertise fake tax credits to lure in taxpayers to share their sensitive information.Text, Mail and Phone Schemes: Scammers are targeting tax professionals and taxpayers through phone calls, text messages, and even fake AI generated IRS letters.

The important thing is to take action and don’t try to knock it out of the park right out of the gate.

Buy and HODLing will always reign the best course of action; sell preservation mechanism physical assets on rallies due to turbulence, and buy back in times of peace and ease.

In most cases, the city or county will issue a notice to the homeowner, requiring them to take action.

My advice for pulling the trigger on your first property is based on my own experience years ago...focus on action over perfection.
