For receipt / confirmation and more important messages I'll send an email which I then can file in specific folders in my email program (which is just Gmail) for easier retrieval later.

Brrrr works very well here but the expectation whether it be akron, cleveland or anywhere is that Brrrr is not necessarily a fix all in retrieving all of your money back.
