I had another one recently where I had to register a $50k mortgage on their property so that those funds could be released to them and they could go and put a deposit on their next purchase and pay some bills.So small deposits exist, but don't expect most sellers to be happy with it.

Funds are released when this happens...and they are released to the closing table...not directly to the REI.2 - Once the Investment has been closed on, and income from it established, that income comes in that same escrow account, and is released in this order - a - Pay the debt service on the Investment (step #1) b - Pay the monthly payment to the original lender c - Pay the rest of the cash flow to the REI

Some are flat rates for re-leasing, some are no-fees, some are a % of rent, some have maintenance call-out fees, some have in-house no fee maintenance calls.Questions:- Is it unrealistic to ask someone to meet up with me to walk the (vacant) properties with me and/or meet up nearby the occupied ones to show them the place?
