He won't refinish them, but he may reseal/topcoat it.

On the inside, the house needs a kitchen (barely has one), drywall repair and some replacement, paint, some new flooring, and refinishing the hardwoods.

Installing tile, refinishing cabinets, sanding floors, etc.

It's in pretty nice shape and with the exception of the in process refinish job on the floor in the livingroom, it has been well maintained and not much needed to get her ready to go. 

Most of the bathtubs we try to refinish for about 400-500.  

Basic scope: Interior/exterior paint (including some interior drywall fixes and exterior siding repair), remove two closets and turn it into a hallway down the middle of the house (see photos above), remodel kitchen including floors, paint and counters (reuse cabinets), take down the kitchen wall to create open concept, sand and refinish all hardwood and repair hardwood where the closets were removed, add in closets to all three bedrooms, and relocate multiple doors.

Painted, and tore out the carpets to refinish the original hardwood floors underneath.

My current plan is to go “Home Depot fancy”- stock cabinets, cheap granite counters, the cheapest stainless steel appliances I can get at a scratch and dent, vinyl plank flooring (other option is to refinish the hardwoods),and wood look porcelain tile in the baths.

@David DuCille IMO original hardwoods, refinished well, always outsell new flooring.
