The more Amenities you have, like pool, garage, visitor parking spot, Recreation Room, barbeque, golf course etc. the more HOA and CDD fees.

Many times it does not exist.We'll have to recreate the income/expense statement to get to a Net Operating Income (NOI) figure.

Tenantagrees not to park or store a motor home, recreational vehicle or trailerof any type on the premises. 


Being near medical facilities, recreation areas and restaurants are a few pluses.

While on vacation I'm also willing to sacrifice some space on a temporary basis if I get walkability, views and a great recreational and cultural experience in return.
