Also I agree with another post before regarding the complexity of structuring a deal like this, which would also turn me off especially if I was just getting started.

Reading your post, I thought you were offering some type of class or mentorship.

There is a big difference in how those are handled  HAHA I just saw a post and commented where the person wanted to ask if they should overpay for a home because they can get is seller financing.

I'm new to the forum (been lurking for a while) and wanted to post about my experience to allow others to follow my journey.
