Unfortunately, the only people who are allowed to post their website are people who have paid for that privilege to do so via Bigger Pockets.  

So if a non-licensed person goes forward without a Realtor representing them, they don't have the same privileges to information as someone who is represented.

But careful not to abuse the privilege above the reasonable market rates; good landlords in the business will recognize that high rent is not the only route to high profits (long-term, reliable tenants are low-maintenance, but often hard to find).
