EB is great source of renters with solid incomes and I have found that our EB renters seem to prefer our listings in Groton being closer to EB and in some cases walking distance.

I would suggest doing a google search and see what you can find, and maybe even call up some people that have a successful STR treehouse or preferably a treehouse village.

I would recommend focusing on markets/sub markets that will provide a more consistent return so take your time and be careful in the areas you're investing in.Personally I prefer the middle/southern part of the country because the price points are much lower and the laws are landlord friendly.
