that may work for others, but i don't have enough capital to do that, and the returns are in the tougher strategies (like STR - i didn't look at your other posts, but if you are successful in STR, that's great.)

I have read so many posts from Denise Evans but I don't fully understand the 'giving notice' aspect. 

I've seen several posts about them not being necessary at the beginning of this process.

Interesting as there were a couple of posts a year ago after the widely distributed article in the media essentially calling it a STR crash.

Its usually called a post-completion or post-purchase mortgage.
