My brother and his wife do a lot of gig work... movie extras, helping with production and such... she also has a part time job so she works on and off and he drives for uber or picks up other jobs between movies.

Probably just less traffic tickets.I assume the neighborhoods, at least the A and B neighborhoods will still have protection.I doubt it will revert to the old Clint Eastwood Vigilante Justice system of "Hang em High" ( a great movie btw).
