It was something out of a spy movie. 

My brother and his wife do a lot of gig work... movie extras, helping with production and such... she also has a part time job so she works on and off and he drives for uber or picks up other jobs between movies.

This isn’t a movie.

All you talk about is beds, but can 12 people sit down comfortably to eat together at the dining table, or sit around the TV to watch a movie?

I could totally be wrong, but I’ve seen this movie before.

My 20+ years in film construction has proved the best table saw doesn't make me a better builder if I don't understand the foundation of a movie set. 

Probably just less traffic tickets.I assume the neighborhoods, at least the A and B neighborhoods will still have protection.I doubt it will revert to the old Clint Eastwood Vigilante Justice system of "Hang em High" ( a great movie btw).

True, Americans are venturing out to eat more often, salons are accepting clients again (albeit outside), and movie theaters have started to reopen, but it’s just not enough.

I don't currently have the financial resources on my own to seek traditional bank financing on a second property in Calgary - I would need a creative financing solution.What would you suggest would be the best movie forward?
